Connecting to the Knowledge Base
The "Home Page" for the Soft Tech Knowledge Base (KB) is the page you see when you connect to https://softtech.support.cyncly.com.
Based on the platform's detection of your region/language, you will then be redirected to a regional URL for the KB (e.g., for the USA, the redirect is https://softtech.support.cyncly.com/hc/en-us).
Login Requirement
For articles available to the general public (such as this article), you do not need to be logged in. However, to view most content, you will need to sign in to the Help Center. The link to Sign in is at the upper right of the page.

Clicking Sign in will take you to a page where you can log in.
Note: if you are a Cyncly employee, you should click the Switch to agent sign-in link on the Sign in page; this will initiate authentication via your Cyncly Microsoft 365 account.
Accessing Content
Once you complete your sign in, you will be directed back to the help center home page; content access will now include everything available for signed-in users.
Authenticated Cyncly agents will have access to customer-facing content and also internal resources; technical, procedural, and archived documentation.
You can search for content by navigating the KB in categories and sections, or by using the search field.
