Note: If you are using the new Support Center for the first time you will need to register or reset your password.
How to Register or Reset Your Password
1. In the upper right corner of the web click Sign in.
2. On the Sign in window, click the Sign up link.
3. Enter your name and email address. If you are an existing Soft Tech customer, please use the same email address that you were using on our previous website.
4. You will receive an email with information on how to register. If your account already exists, the email will request that you reset your password. Please click reset your password.
5. Once you enter your new password you will be returned to the Support Center. You should see your name in the upper right corner. You may now use My Tickets or Submit a Ticket.
